I didn't think that I would notice such a big difference after the treatment. Slight marks that I thought could never be removed are gone. The fabric looks refreshed and smells refreshed - close to new - in fact.

DELTA DELIVERS

Dear King,

Recently we took delivery our new Delta sofa. I can honestly say that we never truly believed that this couch would live up to the TV ads that drove us into the showroom!
This design of this sofa is the work of a genius and we didnʼt even have to re-mortgage my house to buy one.
We often have friends and family staying with us and the Delta converts to sofa beds with minimal effort. I still can`t believe that this is an Australian design, well done and thank you.

Our Jasper gets heavy wear and tear. The shape of it invites family members to sink into its comfortable cushions - all too often with food and wines for a movie night. Overnight guests have been accommodated frequently - in fact Jasper is rarely empty. I called King Furniture to inquire about the removal of a series of what I thought were food stains. They told me how to remove the stains but also mentioned their King-Care service where they come to the house and give the entire sofa a cleaning. I opted for that and I was so pleased that I did. The King-Care people not only completely removed the marks and the overall grubbiness - they made Jasper look like when we first bought it. This was the best $250 I have ever spent. We now have what looks like a brand new sofa. Thank you King-Care!

RECOVER IN STYLE

Our Linea sofas were beginning to look a bit tired - hardly surprising after so many years. We noticed on the King Furniture web site - a recovering service. This sounded great. The Lineas are perfect for our space and the steel-framed sofas are basically sound. We visited the Annandale showroom and chose a gorgeous, chocolate-coloured leather. What followed was amazing. Our Linea sofas were collected and in just two weeks our recovered Lineas returned looking amazing! All our friends thought we had bought new sofas. I have enclosed a photo showing the Linea sofas with the King Furniture Tangerine and Apricot cushions. We can change the look entirely with cushions in blues and beiges. The King Furniture recovering service is sensational - add a few new cushions and the effect is complete. Thank you King Furniture for a great service and a fantastic result!

I received my sofa yesterday. The transportation went smoothly and it arrived safely! Thanks again for arranging the courier in Melbourne. I am so pleased with my sofa – it looks fantastic, the colour is great and it is SO comfy – I just LOVE it.

I am an interior designer – I had an enquiry from a customer about King sofas but people hesitate to purchase without being able to see the sofa. Now that I have one I am hoping customers will be confident after seeing my beautiful sofa.

FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGABLE

My husband and I have been a fan of King Furniture sofas for many years and finally it was time to purchase one. Our nearest store was 2 hours away, so we decided to ring the afternoon before we came, just to make sure that we had all the info you needed, should we purchase.

Nathan answered the phone and immediately I knew this person was the one that I would be specifically asking for tomorrow. He was so friendly, advised us of all the items that we needed including paint, floor colours and the size of our room.

I wasn't disappointed when we arrived in-store and met Nathan. We were there for a couple of hours and he was able to guide us in the right direction and we even made an unplanned purchase of a lounge, chair and ottoman for another room.

I have worked in retail for many years and I absolutely love walking into a store and meeting a staff member that has the knowledge of their product, is enthusiastic to sell you that product and is friendly and efficient, right to the very end of their customer's experience.

So thanks Nathan, we can't wait for our lounges to arrive.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say we are thoroughly enjoying our new Jasper. We haven’t actually gotten off the couch since it was recently delivered and it has made my life complete as I thought! Plus, it fits the room perfectly, is so comfy and luxurious, the wenge shelves look really unobtrusive but are brilliant for storage – we’ve made spaces for everything from the phone, laptop and remote controls to a nice pile of coffee table books and of course, it’s great to have a spot for the odd mug of tea. Any stains we’ve had on the couch so far I’ve just dabbed with a moist cloth to remove, and so far so good. It’s great to know you guys sell a fabric cleaner too in case I have to deal with anything more heavy-duty. I can’t thank Triana at the Northmead Showroom enough for all her help and advice. There’s nothing like having a decent couch to collapse onto at the end of the day – we are in couch heaven.

What do we do with a complaint like this?

We have recently had our new Jasper sofa delivered and we have a complaint to make. Jasper is too comfortable! Each and every time we settle into Jasper, in no time at all we fall asleep. It really is wonderful – we love it! Everyone should have a Jasper setting and we are all for closing down all the other companies that claim to do sofas because Jasper outranks them all!

PS – We think you should add a ‘ZZZZzzzzzz’ to Jasper’s label.

In 2004 we had a house full of furniture collected from years of flatting that didn't enthuse us. We wanted to find a new sofa that was comfy, well made and looked sexy. After weeks of shopping in all the wrong places we came across an advertisement for King Furniture and there in the ad was the sofa we'd been looking for. We were very impressed with the knowledgeable salespeople and thorough design process. The pricing was very competitive especially considering the quality of the product, it beat all the competition hands down. We purchased Delta II in viva leather and love it. It is wonderful to snuggle into and watch a DVD. We like the flexibility of the modular pieces, being able to rearrange our lounge every few month makes it feel new again. We have just finished building our first home and returned to King to invest in the very sleek and extra plush Jasper. We tell all our friends to visit King before they buy anything. We know from experience with King you truly receive comfort and quality that will last a lifetime.

I purchased the PRONTO sofa from King furniture in 2007. For anyone that is looking for a nice deep super comfy couch with flexibility,
I would recommend the Pronto. I purchased it as a "U" shape in the Cord fabric and my teenage sons put it to the test everyday!
Most weekends it's pushed together as a bed for never ending "sleepovers", but when I want to impress my friends I can move it apart
easily into my favorite setting. I also love the fact that I can buy extra pieces at any time to add to the setting if I wish to expand it.

Rather sensible but all very true! We do ADORE it!! tres comfortable!!
We are delighted with the purchase of our Pronto last year. It's extremely comfortable, and allows for easy cleaning.
We love the way it's modular. We can move it around very easily and make different combinations at the drop of a hat!
It's very well built and still looks new after a LOT of use.

We purchased our sofa from King Furniture in September 2007 and have been completely satisfied with it since.
What sold us on the Jasper was the fact that it is completely modular and can fit any room.
As we are currently renting it was important that our sofa be able to move with us.
The additional quality of the feather and foam cushioning was a particularly strong selling point to us.

I bought my King couch 3 years ago at a price point that represented great value for money.
I have found the fabric and cushions to be very durable, but most importantly my King couch is exceptionally comfortable.
As a client I would recommend some “King Bling” for all homes.

I would like to say thank you to King furniture for my Jasper sofa.
I move my lounge room around every season.
I live in a town house where space is limited and all furnishing have to be well thought out before purchasing.
I couldn’t fit the full sized Jasper in my lounge room, but I had already fell in love with the Jasper modular system.

The staff member Jodie from Richmond suggested I purchase two, two seater ends.
Once I was shown how to move the arm rests around and realized the full size Jasper wouldn’t fit in my lounge, I was sold on the idea.

I purchased the King cord in the Mapel colour.

I entertain a lot and I wanted my friends and family to feel like they could kick off their shoes and be comfortable snuggling up on my sofa.

So thank you King furniture, my needs were met and I enjoy entertaining more than ever.

We bought the Jasper from King approximately 18 months ago and love it. The couch is extremely comfortable and versatile.
The modular design has allowed us to rearrange our living area without the need of purchasing a new couch.
The leather is extremely soft and hard wearing, and it still looks as good as the day it was delivered.
The couch looks great and compliments with our modern apartment.
We would highly recommend to anyone to purchase the Jasper from King, as you will not be disappointed..
